How To Report a Claim for NBOA Member Towing Services

At time of distress, contact NBOA's 24hr Dispatch Center at 800-234-2869

Get Service

Upon completion of towing services, pay the Tow Vendor for services

Submit

Towing Reimbursement Form along with proof of payment (receipt and/or towing invoice) to NBOA Member Services via email or FAX (941-360-6539).

For NBOA Marine Insurance Customers, your Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours of your tow request to help begin the reimbursement process. For NBOA Members only, please follow the steps above.

If you secure a tow on your own, without contacting NBOA's 24/7 Dispatch Center, you may still submit a claim by following step 3. Please note all tow claims must be submitting within a timely period of the incident. If claimant fails to respond within 90 days of initial NBOA contact, their claim will be closed.
