Hurricane Preparation Guide  Planning for a hurricane is the best possible way to minimize damage. Proper planning is the key to success, and, as a responsible boat owner, you should develop a comprehensive hurricane plan.Hurricanes are known for their unpredictability, so it is impossible to devise a "foolproof" plan.
